The brief
Travellizy Charity Foundation was set up as a voluntary charitable initiative of the management of Travellizy, a full-service online travel agency in Odesa that sells flights, hotels, car rental and rail tickets. The foundation dates its start to 2020 in Odesa. The legal entity, the charitable organisation «Благодійний фонд «Тревеллізі», was registered on 16 June 2022 under code 44759077; its founder and director is Tetiana Bovkun.
The foundation helps children in difficult circumstances: orphans, children whose parents were deprived of parental rights and children with disabilities. It supplies children's homes and boarding schools with essentials. From the first days of the full-scale war the team also helped the Armed Forces of Ukraine and people affected by the fighting, and its geography grew to Zaporizhzhia and Mykolaiv.
A charity founded by a company has to show donors that it is a registered organisation with documented projects. It also has to make giving simple for donors abroad, in their own language.
What we did
Marketing MIX built the foundation's website, cft.foundation, on MODX Revolution, with a ready-made charity theme as the front end. Our project archive holds a screenshot of its English news page taken on 17 May 2023.
Three languages
The site opens in Ukrainian and has English (/en/) and German (/de/) versions with the same menu: Home, Who we are, Our projects (Help for children and Aid to the military), News, Contacts and Donate.
Projects with named beneficiaries
The projects section lists the institutions the foundation has helped, with the number of children where it is known:
- Zaporizhzhia specialised psychoneurological children's home No. 3 «Сонечко» (165 children);
- the Odesa boarding home for children with disabilities (100 residents);
- the Krasnosilskyi children's boarding home;
- the «Світанок» centre for social and psychological rehabilitation of children;
- the Izmail specialised baby home;
- the Mykolaiv regional baby home «Червоне сонечко»;
- the Zaporizhzhia regional baby home «Сонечко» (250 children aged up to seven).
Documents and volunteers
The Who we are page offers the foundation's statute, its registry extract and an award as downloads. A Join the team form collects volunteer applications.
A donate page for Ukraine and abroad
The Donate page separates the routes by where the donor is: a PrivatBank card transfer, a hryvnia account for payments within Ukraine and a euro IBAN for payments from abroad. A separate form handles non-monetary aid: medicines, protective equipment, thermal imagers, night-vision devices and food. The page states that unused funds go to the foundation's other projects.
News and contacts
The news archive runs from 8 July 2021 to 28 April 2023, from an oven donated to an Odesa boarding home to cookies decorated by children in Odesa for the Armed Forces and an Easter master class called "Treats for defenders". Contacts include an e-mail address on the travellizy.com domain, a toll-free number, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram and Travellizy's LinkedIn page.
Where it stands today
On 14 September 2026 cft.foundation is online, running on MODX Revolution with a Let's Encrypt certificate valid until 31 October 2026. All three language versions keep the structure described above, and the newest news item is still dated 28 April 2023. The footer reads "© 2026 All rights reserved" and carries no Marketing MIX credit; the Internet Archive capture of 9 January 2024 had none either.
According to YouControl data as of 14 September 2026, the legal entity is in the process of termination: the decision is dated 3 April 2026, and the deadline for creditor claims was 4 June 2026. The website remains online with its 2021–2023 content. We found no Google or Maps reviews for the foundation.
What we would add now
Charities founded by companies are judged on transparency and on how easily a foreign donor can give, and programmes for children's homes also call for careful handling of children's photos. The site already publishes its documents and bank routes for Ukraine and abroad. Our recommendations cover what donors and search engines meet there today.
A clear status for visitors
The news stops in April 2023, and the register shows the entity in termination. A dated status notice or a final report page would tell donors what the programmes achieved and where support should go now. This comes first.
HTTPS and search basics
The plain http:// address serves the page without redirecting to HTTPS, and the server sends no HSTS header. The meta description is empty, titles are generic ("Головна", "Home", "Хто ми"), Open Graph tags are missing, and robots.txt and sitemap.xml return 404. A 301 redirect with HSTS, descriptive titles and descriptions in each language, share previews and a sitemap per language are quick fixes. Structured data and language signals
The Ukrainian, English and German versions are not linked with hreflang, and the site has no JSON-LD. Hreflang alternates and Organization data for the NGO, with code 44759077, the founding year and the area served, would help search engines and AI assistants identify the foundation correctly. Giving online from abroad
Donations work only through a manual bank transfer or a card number. An online checkout for cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with automatic receipts and an option for monthly giving, removes friction for donors abroad.
Lighter pages and one analytics property
Every page loads about 23 older vendor scripts and two separate GA4 tags. Trimming the scripts and moving to one analytics property with donation events would make pages lighter and the data easier to read.
