The brief
Trans Ukraine describes itself as a logistics organisation. It looks for humanitarian aid, buys it and organises its delivery to Ukraine for the people who need it: vulnerable people, the military, doctors and volunteers. Its homepage stated the task in one line: to bring victory closer and rebuild Ukraine side by side with citizens and partners from around the world.
The Ukrainian state register lists the foundation as the charitable organisation «Благодійний фонд «Транс Україна», identification code 45138701, registered on 19 April 2023 with a legal address in Lviv. Its main activity is recorded as other social assistance without accommodation (KVED 88.99), and its head is Ivan Dub.
A humanitarian logistics foundation speaks to two groups online. Partner organisations abroad want to know who they are sending cargo with, and they want to read about it in their own language. Donors want to see where the help went. Marketing MIX developed the foundation's website in 2023, the year the foundation was registered.
What we did
Marketing MIX developed the site at transua.org. Our project archive holds a screenshot of its English "Our projects" page taken on 18 August 2023. The site's code named MMIX.UA as its author. The description below follows the Internet Archive capture of 24 April 2024, the most complete record of the site that survives.
Three languages for cross-border work
The site ran in Ukrainian, Polish and English, with a language switcher in the header. The Polish version fits how the foundation works: its news describes deliveries organised together with Polish partners.
A structure built around two programmes
The menu covered Who we are, Our projects, News, Contacts and Donate, with a privacy policy in the footer. Our projects held the foundation's two programmes: transport of humanitarian aid and Restoration of Ukraine.
Team, partners and feedback
A team block introduced the director, Ivan Dub, and a member of the foundation, Yu. V. Kuts-Karpenko. A separate "Our partners" block thanked the organisations the foundation works with. Visitors could send suggestions through a feedback form.
News as a delivery record
The news section recorded the work as it happened. On 9 June 2023 the foundation reported a humanitarian convoy being formed in Volyn for residents of Kherson. On 28 June 2023 it published two items: generators brought to schools in Lviv region together with the Polish teachers' union, and aid delivered to residents of Kharkiv and Kherson regions together with the Polish Fundacja Siepomaga.
Where it stands today
On 14 September 2026 transua.org is offline. The .org registry returns no record for the domain, and it has no DNS records, so the address is no longer registered to anyone.
The last Internet Archive capture of the homepage is dated 24 April 2024. It shows the full site in three languages, with both programmes, the team, the partners block, news from June 2023 and the footer line "2024 © Благодійна організація «Благодійний фонд «Транс Україна»". The Marketing MIX credit appeared only in the page's author meta tag; the footer carried no visible development credit. The archive holds no newer capture.
The foundation's registry record, code 45138701, remains in the state register; we did not retrieve its current status. A web search on 14 September 2026 found no newer website for the foundation.
What we would add now
Institutional partners of a humanitarian logistics charity usually check three things before they send cargo: that the organisation is registered, that its deliveries are documented, and that they can read about it in their own language. The 2024 site covered the third point well. Our 2026 recommendations address the other two, along with the risks that took the site offline.
Keep the domain under the foundation's control
When a nonprofit domain lapses, every old link, news mention and search result leads nowhere. Auto-renewal on an account the foundation owns, with an expiry reminder, prevents that. If the site returns, the key addresses should come back with redirects. See Corporate website development.
Reports partners can check
The archived site published news and had no reports page. A simple report for each convoy, with the date, route, partner organisation and type of cargo, would turn the news into a verifiable record. The charter and a registry extract as downloads would answer the legal-status question at once.
Search and AI visibility
The archived homepage title read "БО «БФ «Транс Україна» | " with an empty suffix, and the meta title and keywords were blank. Unique titles and descriptions for each page in each language are the first fix. Hreflang tags linking the Ukrainian, Polish and English versions, plus Organization data for the NGO with its registry code 45138701, founding date and area served, would make the foundation easy to verify for search engines, AI assistants and grant researchers. Mail on the foundation's own domain
The contact details were a Gmail address and a single mobile number. An e-mail address on the foundation's domain, with SPF and DKIM set up, looks more credible to partners and is more likely to reach their inboxes.
