The brief
Remolda (remolda.com) is a brand of our own business group, so this case describes work done inside the group. It is an AI transformation consultancy in Ottawa that helps Canadian organisations put AI into their operations: readiness reviews, AI strategy and governance, workflow automation and AI agents, integration with existing systems, and team training.
The domain was new in March 2026. It had no search history and no links from other sites. Buyers in this category want to see scope, timing and price before they spend time on a call, and they increasingly ask ChatGPT, Copilot or Perplexity first. The site had to sell a consulting engagement plainly in English and French, show what each step costs, let a visitor book or order without a back-and-forth by email, and give search engines and AI assistants clean, quotable facts.
What we did
The site
Remolda runs on Next.js in English, French and Russian, each language in its own URL section. On 11 October 2026 the sitemap listed 530 URLs. The structure follows how a buyer decides:
- services grouped into strategy and governance, chatbots and assistants, agents and automation, analytics, integration and training;
- six industry hubs with 18 sub-pages, from government and healthcare to legal, financial services, real estate and education;
- city pages, with Ottawa as the home market and remote delivery stated plainly for the rest of Canada;
- an insights section with articles, comparisons and free tools.
Prices, orders and booking
The pricing page publishes three fixed-scope packages, one per step of the method: a one-week readiness review, a two-week opportunity audit and a six-week pilot sprint. The order form asks only for a name, an email and the package, and payment is by invoice. Visitors who want to talk first book a 30-minute call with the principal consultant through a Cal.com calendar. An AI readiness quiz scores where an organisation stands and offers the result by email.
Leads that reach a person
The site's forms send each lead by email and post it to a Telegram chat through a webhook. Since 6 October 2026 the notification also carries one-tap Telegram and WhatsApp links for the phone number and the source the visitor came from, so the reply can start straight from the notification.
Search and AI-search groundwork
On 27 and 28 September 2026 the site went through two large rounds:
- the index was cut from 1,059 sitemap URLs to 495, with 36 duplicate posts merged into their stronger twin by 301 redirects, and every decision logged per URL;
- the home page, the services hub, the pricing page and the core service pages were rewritten answer-first, each with a short summary, Service and FAQPage markup and a list of sources;
- every service page was brought to one template in all three languages, and 20 articles that already drew impressions in Bing were rewritten so the direct answer comes first;
- invented client results were removed from the copy and the FAQ, and the home page case block became sector scenarios without figures;
- Consent Mode v2 went in, with consent denied by default only for visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland.
The site publishes llms.txt and llms-full.txt with the company facts, packages and core URLs, describes itself as one Organization entity in structured data, and lists its Clutch and GoodFirms profiles as sameAs links. On 6 October 2026 it gained an Atom feed of the latest services, city pages and articles, announced to a WebSub hub.
Own server
On 1 October 2026 the site moved from Vercel to the group's own server. A push to the main branch now builds and ships the site in a couple of minutes. After each release the server checks the home page and rolls back on its own if the check fails.
Where it stands today
Checked on 11 October 2026:
- remolda.com answers over HTTPS from the group's own server, with English, French and Russian versions;
- the sitemap lists 530 URLs, and robots.txt points to the sitemap and the feed;
- llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the Atom feed are online;
- the footer carries the Marketing MIX credit.
What we would add now
Links and mentions outside the group
Search engines decide how often to crawl a new domain largely by who links to it. Guest articles, Ottawa business associations and partner pages would give remolda.com independent references. See SEO services in Ottawa: technical and local SEO.
A verified business profile
A Google Business Profile with a verified Ottawa address would connect the brand to local searches for AI consulting. See AI SEO agency in Ottawa: LLM SEO for ChatGPT and Gemini.
Real case studies
The site describes sector scenarios today. Once clients agree to be named, short cases with a measured result would give buyers and AI assistants something concrete to cite.
