The brief

Key Solutions (TOV «Аудиторська фірма «Кей Солюшнз»», EDRPOU 39610085) is an audit and accounting firm in Kyiv. It was registered on 30 January 2015, its main registered activity is accounting and audit (KVED 69.20), and it is entered in the Register of auditors and audit entities under No. 4669.

Key Solutions is part of INNOVA Consulting Group, the same business group as Marketing MIX. Its structured data names INNOVA as the parent organisation, and the footer of every page says the firm belongs to the INNOVA family. This case describes work inside our own group.

Buyers of audit and accounting services check a handful of things before they call: the firm's registry status, the qualified people behind it, what exactly each service covers and how fast the firm responds. The brief asked for a technologically advanced, attractive site that would stand apart from competitors, with an ergonomic structure and quality content.

What we did

The project team was a front-end developer, an SEO specialist, a junior PHP developer and a junior SEO specialist. The site runs on MODX.

Design and mobile version

A unique design and colour scheme built on usability principles, together with a mobile version of the site.

Semantic core and service structure

We collected a semantic core of more than 400 search queries and built the service structure from it, so the site's sections follow the way clients actually search for audit, accounting and consulting services.

Briefs for unique content

For each part of the structure we wrote briefs for copywriters and rewriters, so the texts would be unique and useful to a reader choosing an audit firm.

Support and promotion

On mmix.ua the project sits among the sites the studio promotes, and the live site credits Marketing MIX with both development and support.

Where it stands today

August 2016: the Internet Archive capture of key-sol.biz shows an audit company in Kyiv with a Russian, English and Ukrainian language switch, an office on Mykhailivska Street, a menu of audit, accounting, management consulting, consulting, small business and inventory services, and the MMIX development credit linking to mmix.biz.
January 2018: the office has moved to 77 Velyka Vasylkivska Street, the contacts menu lists nine cities (Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Kherson, Odesa, Kharkiv, Uzhhorod, Khmelnytskyi and Rivne), and the credit is still in the footer. By August 2018 the site is served over HTTPS.
2019 onward: key-sol.biz answers with a permanent redirect. The March 2022 capture shows it redirecting to keys.ua.
14 September 2026: keys.ua is live on MODX, with Russian at the root, Ukrainian at /ua/ and English at /en/. Every locale's footer carries "Development and support" with the MMIX logo linking to mmix.ua, next to the line about the INNOVA Consulting Group family.

The service catalogue has grown well beyond the 2016 menu. It now spans audit (including tax, legal and crypto-project audits), accounting (from outsourcing and payroll to IFRS transformation and VAT refunds), management consulting, consulting (tax advice, due diligence, transfer pricing and business valuation), services for small businesses and start-ups, offshore accounting and the liquidation of foreign companies.

The firm says it has a central office in Kyiv, representative offices in Lviv and Dnipro and a staff of more than 30, and names its managing partner, Rostyslav Kulish, as an auditor and tax consultant. The site already carries Organization and AccountingService structured data with the legal name, EDRPOU code, address, opening hours and languages, along with WebP images, lazy loading, Open Graph tags, Google Analytics 4 and a page of client reviews.

What we would add now

These recommendations come from the live site and the firm's public profiles in August and September 2026. They go beyond the work described above.

Ukrainian as the default language

Russian opens at the root and is the default version for search engines. Ukrainian-language search demand and Ukraine's language law both favour Ukrainian as the first version a visitor sees, with Russian and English as alternates.

One domain and one map listing

key-sol.biz still answers with an older copy of the site and a canonical tag pointing to keys.ua; a permanent redirect would be cleaner. In August 2026 the firm had two Google Business Profiles: a verified one with two reviews averaging 3.0 and an unverified duplicate with a wrong postcode. Merging them and asking satisfied clients for a review after each completed engagement would make the map listing match the firm's size.

Service pages AI assistants can quote

Service and FAQPage markup on each service page, a plain statement of scope, the documents a client must provide, and typical timelines or price ranges would give search engines and AI assistants precise answers to quote when people ask tax and accounting questions. Credentials stated precisely

The register entry under No. 4669 is a strong trust signal. It belongs in the footer and in the structured data, worded exactly as the register records it, next to Person markup for the managing partner with his auditor and tax consultant qualifications.
