The brief

Kupit OOO ("Buy an LLC") is a website from the same business group as Marketing MIX. It sells ready-made companies: businesses already registered in Ukraine that a buyer can take over. The catalogue is sorted by city (Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kherson) and by type, including companies with or without VAT registration, companies on the single tax, companies with a construction or security licence, NGOs and charitable organisations. Each company card shows the name, EDRPOU registry code, registration date, district, VAT status and price.

The task was an intuitive marketplace for buying a company, free of unnecessary information, with a pleasant design that stands apart from competitors.

The Wayback Machine first captured kupitooo.com in March 2016, and most company listings on the site carry registration dates from 2015 and 2016.

What we did

Design

The mockups show an hourglass logo in grey and gold, a beige band under the header, a red "Promotion" label and a "Buy a company in your city" selector. The home page opens with a slider of ready-made companies on offer, four round badges for related services (offshore, bankruptcy, liquidation, registration) and a "Why buy from us" section. Further layouts cover the city catalogue with a grid of company cards and sidebar filters, a single company page with a purchase form, and a contacts page.

Front-end development

A front-end developer built the layouts. kupitooo.com is still online, matches the mockups and carries the Marketing MIX credit in its footer.

SEO and advertising

We expanded the site's semantic core by adding pages, added a Promotions page, built a home page slider for browsing current offers, set up outbound links to partner sites and connected contextual advertising.
