The brief
StroyTenderConsult (СтройТендерКонсалт) is a Kyiv legal brand working with the construction business and real estate. Its services include legalising unauthorised construction, building permits, construction licences (including the purchase of a company that already holds one), legal due diligence on property and land title documents.
It is a partner brand: the strojtender.com domain is held within the Marketing MIX group. The task was a corporate website that introduces the company and its services, builds brand recognition and brings in new visitors.
What we did
Ready-made design in the corporate colour
The team selected a ready-made design and adapted the layout to the corporate colour: yellow accents, a dark header, a logo with a hard-hat mascot, and the address, working hours and a free-call phone number right in the header.
Site structure
The home page groups the services into a grid of tiles, followed by news and a text on legal support in the construction business. Separate pages cover individual services, news articles and contacts.
Build and testing
Animated elements and forms, software improvements, adaptation to different devices, and functional and usability testing. The project also included market analysis.
SEO
The project page lists SEO promotion as ongoing work.
The site today
In September 2026 strojtender.com runs with the same header, service structure and home-page copy. The menu has grown since, and the site has Russian and Ukrainian versions. The screenshots of the finished site show news from March 2019, and the Wayback Machine holds captures of the site from 2019 to 2025.
