Who this is for

Businesses where the sale is a time slot: hair and beauty salons, personal trainers, massage and physiotherapy, tutors and classes, photographers, cleaners and home services, clinics. For them the website has one job: let the customer pick a time without phoning.

What the site does

  • Shows the services and prices the customer chooses from, each with its duration, so the calendar offers slots that fit.
  • Takes the booking on the phone in under a minute. Service, staff member, time, name and contact, done.
  • Takes a deposit or full payment when you want one, with the cancellation rule in plain words.
  • Sends confirmations and reminders by email and SMS, with a link to move the visit.
  • Puts every booking into your calendar and your staff calendars, and blocks the slot on the site.
  • Records where the customer came from, so you can see whether Google, Instagram or a referral fills the calendar.

How the build runs

  1. Your schedule on paper. Services, durations, staff, opening hours, buffers between visits, deposit and cancellation rules.
  2. The booking tool. Your existing system, or one we choose together.
  3. The site around it. Service pages that answer what customers ask before they book, written for search in your city.
  4. Tests as a customer. Real bookings from a phone in both languages, cancellations, reschedules, payments and refunds.
  5. Launch and handover. Accounts in your name, a short session for the person who manages the calendar.

Work we can show

  • Remolda, Ottawa: a three-language site with fixed-scope packages, an order form and a 30-minute call booked through Cal.com. Read the case.
  • Cookiddoo, Kanata: kids cooking classes, camps and parties at home on a four-language site, with a party booking page rebuilt for phones. Read the case.
  • A dental clinic website with a booking calendar in the design. Read the case.

Industry pages with booking at the centre: dental websites, beauty salon websites.
