01Expert course roadmap
← Course production for experts

From know-howto a courseand a community.

One path for a tradesperson, a coach, a doctor or a teacher: seven stretches from the first interviews to graduates who stay close to the expert. Each stretch shows what our team does, what the expert does and what comes out at the end.

02Timing

About 12 weeks to the first sale

In our experience, 8–12 weeks usually pass from the first meeting to the start of sales: the stretches overlap, and the school and the marketing are built alongside the lessons. The timing depends on the size of the course, the recording schedule and how fast edits come back.

The expert owns the knowledge and the voice. We build everything around it.

A methodologist, scriptwriter, designer, developer, ads specialist and analyst work to one plan. The expert's time goes to conversations, recording, webinars, students and decisions.

05What the expert keeps

Where the path leads

  • 01

A course on your own domain

Lessons, tests, a certificate and materials on a platform that takes payments. The course materials belong to the expert.

  • 02

A student base in the CRM

Every lead, payment and homework in the student's card: where each person came from and where they are now.

  • 03

    A rhythm that repeats

A webinar every one or two weeks, emails and ads on schedule, and the next cohort fills again.

  • 04

    Student reviews and cases

Each cohort brings new stories for the site, the webinars and the ads.

  • 05

    A graduate community

People who recommend the course, come back for the next plan and help new students.

07Frequently asked questions
  • How much of the expert's time does it take?

Most of it goes into the start and the cohort. Unpacking takes 4–8 hours of conversation; then come recording lessons from ready scripts, a webinar every one or two weeks and work with students. The team handles the texts, site, emails, ads and CRM.

  • I already have recorded lessons. Where do we start?

With a review of what you have: what goes into the course, what to rewrite, what is missing. From there the path picks up at the school stretch: platform, payments, emails, warm-up and launch.

  • Who runs the community after the course?

The expert answers questions on the craft and holds calls with graduates. The team keeps the platform, rules, invitations, referral programme, review collection and reporting.

  • Can we take the path in parts?

Yes. You can start with unpacking and the programme, or with the school and launch only. A good start is the 30-minute strategy session: we go through your topic, the market and the format of your course.

Where your path starts

A two-minute brief: your topic, experience, who you help, and whether you already have students or recordings. We reply with a plan by stretch and week for your course.
