The brief
NAZAD.in.UA is a commercial-law service run by Legal Solutions LLC, a company in the same business group as Marketing MIX. Its lawyers handle matters of any complexity connected with moving a business from Crimea to mainland Ukraine: re-registration at a new address, a legal address in another region, a new VAT certificate, re-issued licences and permits, and bank account changes. The site also covers opening or buying a new company, court disputes, extracts from state registers and re-registration of businesses from the ATO zone.
The task was a public site with a laconic design and thought-through ergonomics, where a visitor could easily find the answer to the question that worried them.

What we did
Design
Under a gear logo with the tagline "business reboot", the header states "Moving business from Crimea to Ukraine", followed by a row of regional phone numbers for Kyiv, Lviv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and all of Ukraine. The layout is light grey and white with teal and purple accents. The main menu covers re-registration of a business from Crimea, opening or buying a new company, court disputes, other services, payment and a Help section. The mockups show service tiles, long service articles and the Help page.
Development
A designer, a PHP developer and an SEO specialist worked on the project. The live site at nazad.in.ua keeps the same headline, the same service structure and the Marketing MIX credit.
SEO and advertising
We collected a semantic core and kept it updated, optimised unique texts for key queries, and added a Help page to attract search traffic that can turn into clients. A menu to the right of the texts lets visitors move easily between pages. Promotion relied on natural links earned by useful content, together with contextual advertising.
