The brief

Unistaff.ai is our own product: an AI employee platform for small businesses. A company picks a role such as sales, support, HR, accounting or operations, briefs the AI employee once and connects its tools. Each role comes with scripts, KPIs, memory and a manager dashboard, and escalates to a person when a human decision is needed. The platform is aimed at companies of 3 to 100 people without an IT department.

What we did

The 2025 site

The 2025 version presented Unistaff.ai as a cloud SaaS platform with ready-made digital employees: a sales manager, an accountant, a marketer and more. The design was dark and retro-wave, with neon city scenes, a classical bust and isometric illustrations. Russian-language pages covered About, Product, Contacts and Blog. The product page explained the three-level setup of each digital employee (a language model with base skills, behaviour for the profession, adaptation to the business) and listed integrations with CRM, spreadsheets, messengers, email, Stripe and Slack. The footer carried the credit "Development and support MARKETING MIX".

Four language versions

In July 2026 the site ran in English, German, French and Russian, with a separate URL path for each language.

SEO and AI-search rebuild

In July 2026 the site went through an SEO and GEO rebuild. Page copy was rewritten in all four languages. Titles, canonical tags, hreflang and JSON-LD structured data were checked page by page against the sitemap, and the sitemap was submitted to Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools. Google Analytics 4 is connected.

Content

In August 2026 the blog was rewritten, guide pages were added, and a pillar page on AI support assistants went live.
