The brief
The Ukrainian Alliance International Charitable Foundation is a group of Ukrainian activists who help fellow citizens affected by Russian aggression. The foundation is registered in Vinnytsia.
It needed a website that explains its work, publishes its documents and reports, and takes donations from people in Ukraine and abroad.
What we did
Design
Page headers showed a silhouette of soldiers and armour against a blue and yellow sky, and the navigation carried a round blue and yellow UA logo and a green "Support" button.
Site structure
The home page opened with the foundation's appeal after Russia's invasion, a block on the consequences of the aggression, and a form for offering humanitarian help in kind. The About page combined the appeal, a Documents and Reports section with the statute and registry records, an Our Work section and the team. The news section ran the foundation's updates next to a Facebook widget, and Contacts had a feedback form and a map.
Donation page
The Support page gathered the ways to give on tabs: card payment, PayPal, LiqPay, SWIFT, transfers within Ukraine and cryptocurrency. Separate blocks let donors choose a purpose: the Armed Forces and law enforcement, refugees and displaced people, the rebuilding of Ukraine, or the foundation team.
The footer carried the "Development and support MARKETING MIX" credit.
This page describes the site as designed in 2022. We could not confirm a live address for it today, so the case carries no outbound link.
What the client said
We needed a website for a charitable organisation. Projects like this call for particular expertise from a digital agency, and we certainly could not have built something worthy of such a good cause on our own. I happened to see an advert and left a request. They got in touch straight away, explained all the details thoroughly and offered a flexible payment plan. I decided to give it a try. When the site was finished, it had a pleasant design, a clear interface and adaptation for an international audience. I launched the project on schedule and saved a good deal of money and nerves, because I was working with professionals who understood the task without lengthy explanations. Thank you.
