The brief

Premium Estate is a real estate agency with offices in Kyiv and Dnipro. It works with developers and investors, clients and realtors across Ukraine: sales, purchases and rentals, a sales department for developers, legal support for transactions, property and land paperwork, property management and training for realtors.

Premium Estate is part of Innova Consulting Group, as the agency's own site footer states. Marketing MIX belongs to the same group of companies.

The task was to build a website with a modern approach to real estate work, promote the brand in Google search and attract the target audience through SEO.

What we did

Website

Full development of the site. The home page opens with the agency's positioning as a new-generation company and the line "Your comfort is our task", followed by a switch between audiences (Realtors, Investors, Clients), the agency's advantages, a free legal consultation form, full-cycle services, the team, client reviews, and contact blocks with maps for Kyiv and Dnipro. The site works in Ukrainian, Russian and English, and its footer carries a "Development and support" credit linking to mmix.biz. The Web Archive has captured the site since 2021.

Search queries and SEO content

We worked out the pool of search queries, wrote SEO-optimised content, and optimised the site's headings and metadata.

Brand promotion

SEO promotion of the brand through thematic platforms and regional crowd marketing.
