The brief
Bonyas Online University is an online university. Its public website, bonyasuniversity.org, says the university is at the licensing stage, presents bachelor's and master's programmes and partner courses, and invites people who want to be among the first students to leave a request for news.
This project is a learning management system (LMS) for the university: a single system in which an educational institution manages learning, students, finances, staff and communications in one place.
What we did
Core modules
The system covers academic programmes, courses and groups; schedules and classes; student records, including registration, enrolment, attendance and transfers; payments and financial records with discounts, instalments, refunds and payment history; exams, grades and results; staff and internal announcements; and notifications by email and SMS.
Additional modules
Staff management, working time and leave tracking, hostel, transport, library, warehouse and inventory, events, disciplinary records, requests and internal publications.
Interface
The screens are in Ukrainian and carry the Bonyas bear seal. The login page offers sign-in and account creation, with an illustration captioned "The mind is the best investment" and the footer "Bonyas University © 2025". The admin panel, headed "BONYAS University", has a burgundy sidebar with sections for staff, resources, calendar, discipline, gallery, supervisors, contacts, inventory, communication, library, questionnaires, knowledge base, news and blog, recruitment with vacancies and applications, users, custom fields, utilities and settings.
The screenshots may have been taken in a demo version of the system, so some sections may have no entries; the users list, for example, holds a single test account. They show the structure of the interface and the main capabilities of the platform.
